Similiar...

The first scene was similiar to Harold and Kumar, the next was similiar to any fast food restaurant parody and the next scene reminds me of the Happy Tree Friends episode where Flippy makes a rampage at one. So it isn't very original.
But in terms of graphics:
How do you make these? Do you draw it directly in Flash? Photoshop? On paper and scan it?
